Sold for $902,000 on an auction process that was brought forward due to prior interest. This shows the continued strong demand for good family homes in this area, particularly where the land area is in excess of 1,000m². |

4 Gazelle Lane, REDCLIFFS Sold prior to auction for $1,250,000, this property had been marketed by another company unsuccessfully for over 2 years. If thats not a case for the importance of strong marketing I don't know what is! Additionally I sold this property in Feb 2009 which was a market that had shifted downwards in value by about 20% from the 2 years prior. |
