2 Galway Avenue, FENDALTON
Sold for $390,000 before auction in 2008.  There were 15 buyer groups through the property.  The purchaser was from Christchurch and saw the advertisement in the Property Press.  This was a fantastic home, well-presented with good school zones, but was just a little small for our vendors who were a growing family.

16 Kenmure Drive, CASHMERE
Sold for $890,000 just prior to auction.  The home was brand new and completed after the owners decided not to move to Christchurch.  The buyers were a great couple from Perth, Australia.

377a Papanui Road, CHRISTCHURCH
Sold for $495,000 at Auction in March 2006.  The auction was held on-site with bagpipes to start from a student at the neighbouring St Andrews College.  There were 2 bidders at the auction.  The property was bought by someone who already owned the neighbouring property.  The property had been on the market for some time prior with two different real estate companies.

176 Kilmore Street, CENTRAL CITY
Sold under the hammer for $220,500 at auction in August 2007.  90 buyer groups viewed the property and there were 32 bidders at the auction.  The property itself was 40m², needed significant renovation and was situated on a pocket handkercheif 108m² of land (this is not a typo!).  The property has since been beautifully renovated and I would have to say this was quite possibly my most enjoyable sale to date.

7 Allison Crescent, KAIAPOI
Sold for $455,000.  Under offer after first Open Home.  18 buyer groups came through the property.  The purchaser was from Christchurch and first saw the property in The Press.

18 San Rafael Place, BURNSIDE
Sold for $595,000 under the hammer.  45 buyer groups came through the property and there were 3 bidders were at the auction.  The purchaser was from Auckland and first saw the property in The Press.  A great family home in a cul-de-sac street in the Burnside school zone.

42 Southbrook Road, RANGIORA
Sold for $330,000.  This was originally a Fendalton home that was relocated to this site, was fantastically refurbished and is situated on a fully fenced 1,000m² section.

8 Daring Lane, REDCLIFFS
Sold 24 hours post auction for $220,000 under mortgagee sale conditions. The buyer got a great section and the vendor was pleased to sell, especially given that the days on market for sale of a bareland section in Chrischurch had blown out to 152 days average!

195 Cashmere Road, CASHMERE
Sold 10 days post-Auction for $334,000.  60 buyer groups came through the property.  This home was beautifully presented and a credit to the owner.  The purchasers were a trendy young couple who bought it as their first home.  The property had been on the market with three companies prior to being sold by Bayleys.

49 Mays Road, MERIVALE
Sold via a fixed price marketing campaign.  This was a popular modern family home in a good address with all the right school zones.
 27 Applefield Court, STYX MILL
A 5 bedroom family home in a gated street, part of the Northwood subdivision.  The purchasers were from the Hawkes Bay.  The property sold for $600,000 in early-mid 2008.
 7/4 Brockworth Place, RICCARTON
A lovely 3 bedroom townhouse that features brilliant north and north-west sun aspect with a lovely garden/outdoor area
232 Fitzgerald Avenue, CITY
A substantial 2-storey building in the Christchurch CBD. Zoned Living 1 but lending itself to some commercial usage as medical, spirutal or educational premises. Floor area was 180m² and land area 501m². Sold in August 2009.
414 Woodfields Road, Fernside, RANGIORA
An iconic Canterbury homestead, the "Northwood Homestead". Formerly part of a 13,000 acre holding. There were over 200 buyer groups who viewed this property. Sold in October 2009.
Tui Farm Park Limited (in Receivership)
This was the sell-down of the entire residential and farming operation. Sold to an existing owner, it took 3 years to broker the deal. This was eventually an exercise in very good teamwork between two real estate agencies, the buyer, the vendor and their solicitors. Sold in October 2009
